The Independent National Electoral
Commission (INEC) this morning declared the Anambra State Governorship election
"Inconclusive".
According to INEC the total number of cancelled votes were more than the highest scorer of votes and the runner up.
Supplementary election will be held in the areas were there were hiccups before the result will be announced.
