According to the Ohio police, 12-year-old Austin Wuseman shot his half brother, Blake Campell before proceeding to kill himself. The boys died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
It is currently not clear if the shooting was accidental or not. Police chief says "I don't know if we'll ever know."
It was also reported that the boys' corpses were found in an upstairs bedroom of the home.
