A
certain Mr. Deji Kamoru, has been arrested for throwing his 14-year old
daughter, Aishat, from the third floor of their house at Oroyinyin
Street, Lagos Island.
Aishat who landed on the ground and hit her head against a metal object has since been rushed to the General hospital on the island.
Defending his action, Mr. Kamoru – a driver and security guard – claimed he caught the girl with her boyfriend in his bedroom.
The police at Adeniji Adele Division arrested Kamoru but later released him on bail so he could take care of the victim and pay her medical bill.
Confirming the incident, the DPO of Adeniji Adele Division, Monday Agbonika said the most important thing for now was to save girl's life.
Aisha is currently in an intensive care unit and can hardly talk or recognise anybody at the moment.
